

About Ezequiel Terol
Ezequiel is an optimist who strives to help others discover a better version of themselves, so that together we can create a more human world.
With a strong 20-year career in the corporate world, Ezequiel sharpens his leadership skills developing businesses for companies such as Orange, Nortel Networks, Microsoft and Oracle, with teams and projects spanning across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Asia. Collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, healthy competition mindset and passion for transmission have been his most valuable tools, devoted to the continuous success of his clients.
Ezequiel founds Lead 2 Multiply to serve and inspire leaders in organizations of different sizes. He helps them implement positive, lasting changes, in order to create environments where their teams develop their full potential.
He supports the leaders and their teams in refining their strategic thinking process and the definition and implementation of their development and growth plans.
Ezequiel trains, coaches and speaks internationally, specializing in a humanistic approach for servant leadership and change management, leveraging tools like NLP and DISC.

Ezequiel is also the founder and director of his coaching academy in Spain, based on the Concept-Therapy® works developed by Dr. Thurman Fleet. Through his Coaching and Leadership Academy, Ezequiel helps individuals develop their skills and reach their goals.
In addition to his for-profit activity, Ezequiel also collaborates with John Maxwell and his Leadership Foundation in pro-bono programs, bringing Transformational Leadership to developing countries. He has developed the "NGOs in action" program and speaks for youth audiences in France and Spain (Global Youth Initiative with The John Maxwell Team).
